Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction By booking services with Miss Pink Consultancy, you agree to these Strategic Terms & Conditions. These terms outline the expectations, policies, and mutual responsibilities for our coaching relationship. Please read carefully. 2. Services Provided Miss Pink Consultancy offers 1:1 coaching and consulting services focused on personal growth, emotional intelligence, mindset mastery, intentional living, and self-discovery. Services are available virtually only. 3. Session Details Each session is 90 minutes unless otherwise specified. The coaching process is designed to be goal-oriented, offering actionable insights and support to help you overcome challenges and move toward your desired outcomes. Sessions focus on practical strategies for transformation. 4. Pricing & Payment All payments for services are due at the time of booking. Payments can be made via wix approved payment options. Session packages are available at set prices for multiple sessions. Prices may change with prior notice. 6.Cancellation & Rescheduling A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If a session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. If Miss Pink Consultancy needs to reschedule or cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund for the affected session. 7.Client Responsibilities Clients must actively engage in the coaching process, complete assignments, and reflect on provided materials. Clients are responsible for taking action on the strategies and guidance provided in sessions to achieve results. 8.Limitation of Liability Coaching is designed for personal and professional development. However, results are not guaranteed. Miss Pink Consultancy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of coaching services. Coaching does not replace medical, legal, or financial advice. 9.Termination of Coaching Relationship Either party can terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. If the client terminates, unused sessions are non-refundable. If Miss Pink Consultancy terminates the relationship, a full refund will be given for any unused sessions. 10.Client Testimonials & Feedback Clients consent to the use of testimonials or feedback for marketing or promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated. Clients may opt out of promotional use at any time. 11.Code of Conduct Clients must maintain a professional and respectful attitude during all co
