About Miss Pink

I was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, where hardship, resilience, and survival shaped my earliest memories. Growing up, I once saw life through the lens of pain— believing that life was something happening to me, beyond my control.

But here’s what I’ve learned: I was never powerless—I just hadn’t yet recognized my own strength. Even in my darkest moments, life was shaping me, preparing me, teaching me. Every challenge, every loss, and every hardship became the foundation for my transformation. I was not just surviving, I was evolving.

I became the first in my family to graduate from college, fueled by a deep knowing that I was meant for more. My journey led me into public education, where I first saw the power of turning pain into purpose. As I listened to my students’ stories—their trauma, fears, and dreams—I realized they mirrored my own. Their voices ignited my calling.

From there, I stepped into the world of peer support and youth advocacy, working with young people at clinical high risk for psychosis and later serving as a Youth Engagement Specialist for the state of Tennessee, ensuring that youth voice and choice were embedded in mental health systems. My lived experience—both as a young person navigating systems and as a professional working within them—has allowed me to bridge the gap between providers and the young people they serve.

But the greatest shift in my journey wasn’t external—it was internal. I no longer see myself as a victim of my circumstances. I am not strong—I am resilient!   I know my power and I see everyone else’s.

That’s why my coaching is unlike anything else—because I don’t just help you set goals or talk through challenges. I help you shift your entire mindset, rewrite your story, and step into the role of the creator in your own life.

Through my Triple I Mentality—to lead with Intention, Insight & Integrity—I guide my clients from a place of heart and lived wisdom, helping them unlock their true potential, overcome obstacles, and create the reality they desire.

I am living proof that transformation is possible. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, afraid, and uncertain—but I also know what it takes to reclaim your power.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same!

✨ Youth & Young Adult Engagement
✨ Trauma Informed Leadership

With a nationally recognized background in peer support, youth engagement, and systems transformation, I help organizations, professionals, and communities bridge the gap between intention and impact.

Many youth-serving systems struggle to authentically engage young people, retain motivated staff, or create cultures that promote healing, growth, and leadership from within. That’s where I come in!

I partner with organizations to design and deliver strategic coaching, and consulting solutions that transform how teams connect, communicate, and lead.

Partnerships with me are about creating a cultural shift. I help organizations and individuals move beyond compliance to build communities of belonging, accountability, and empowerment.

Together, we create environments where all can feel unconditional love, acceptance, valued, and capable of leading change for themselves and their communities.
